How do I place an order?

We recommend booking at least 72 hours in advance, but we’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, a rush fee may apply.

Our standard rental period is 24 hours. We typically set up the display the evening before or early morning of your event and remove it the following evening/morning.
We currently serve Steuben, Chemung, and Schuyler counties. Delivery outside this area may be available for an additional fee.
Nope! As long as we have access to the yard and you’ve confirmed the placement details, you don’t need to be home.
Absolutely! We offer a variety of colors, themes, and add-ons. You’ll be able to choose your message and favorite graphics when you book.
Our signs are weather-resistant and can withstand normal rain or wind. In extreme weather conditions, we may need to reschedule or adjust setup timing for safety reasons. We’ll always communicate with you in advance.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer rescheduling credit for cancellations that are weather-related or emergency cancellations.
Yes! We love creative requests. If you don’t see your theme on our website, just ask—we’ll do our best to make it happen!
Yes, we kindly ask that:
Failure to prepare the yard may result in a delayed setup or cancellation without refund.
- All pet waste is removed from the yard before our arrival. This ensures a clean and safe setup for our team and protects your display.
- Pets are kept indoors during installation and removal. This helps avoid distractions, delays, or any accidental damage to the yard cards (or your pets!).
